What you might find on units that have not been serviced

in a while. Most of the time, a visual inspection will not reveal the

actual condition of the mould. Attached, is a blower motor that was

removed even though the coils were spotless in the front and the 

unit was cleaned once a month.

the front but once opened, it revealed another story.
